How to polish the areas no buffer will fit?

I have a few areas on the front that I can't polish. I can barely fit a finger or two with my mitt to wash it to get the dirt out. How do you polish those areas. Also have some areas around the fog lights that the small 3 inch pads won't fit either. Advice?

I would say leave it be if your fingers can't fit but snice we all have the detail madness bug we must find a way one way could be you wrapping a microfiber towel around a pencil or pen and polish it out of get some foam swabs
