How to refinish old aluminum wheels?

Hello AutoGeekers,

I'm trying to bring to live some aluminum wheels, I bought of Craigslist.

I removed the clear coat, it was yellowish, and the black paint from inside the holes, the holes are unfinished, so they will stay that way.

PS I haven't removed the paint from the other 2, what is the best way to do this. It took 5 coats of paint stripper...that was a long time...
