How to remove Cquartz UK?

Hello,

I have a friend that applied Cquartz UK for the first time and let it dry a bit to long and because of that there are now some high spots (darker spots) that have cured. If we wanted to remove the product on that panel so we could re-apply how would we go about that?

you would need to polish off the panel. Then do the same prep you did to first apply the product.
