how to remove scratches

just finished detailing the car, and some jerk scratches it. couple seem to go thru the clear coat, while the others are fairly minor. any recommendations as to what products to use? also, dont have an orbital, so will have to do this by hand.
 
You won't fix this by hand or with an orbital brother. Find someone who knows what they're doing with a rotary, pay them, and be done with it.

How do you know that those scratches cannot be fixed with a DA without seeing it?
