how to remove small paint splatter on front bumper...?

Hi guys,
Here's my dilemma.....
Two days ago, my brother was driving home on the highway and passed a line painting truck which neglected to stop spraying paint when he saw cars passing in the nearby lanes... So there is now about a dozen or more little white paint dots on the front bumper. I was first thinking that a simple claying might have fixed this, although i haven't tried yet. I was thinking i would get your opinion on what i should do before i proceed. It was already washed same day it happened and no luck getting it off. I figure if i apply a bit of pressure with my finger nail i might be able to get it off but i'm not sure and was just wondering if there is a more civilized method.
Some were telling my brother in town he needed a new paint job to which I chuckled and just couldn't believe. The bumper has already been repainted about a couple of months ago so you can understand my disbelief.
I didn't think a polish could take this off seeing as it was actually above the surface of the clear but i'm just not sure if paint splatter embeds itself in clear coat.

I have attached pictures...sorry for the bugs you see on the front bumper. Just took pictures now. One day after washing and it seems alot of bugs found their home there

UUUGGGHHH I feel your brothers pain! About a year or so ago, I was driving home in my black CTS-V and didn't see the huge white spot on the road untill it was only a few feet in front of me (it was dark out). After I inspected my car the next day I had white paint spray behind all 4 tires and all up the back bumper. I drove by a few days later during the day, and saw the paint spot and an empty 5 gallon bucket on the side of the road. It must have fallen out of the back of a truck shortly before I drove over it. Ugh! thinking about it now brings me back to how pissed I was when it happened.

To answer your question, my car was clayed and polished and you can't tell it ever happened. Good luck!

I was assuming clay would work. Now..i'm just wondering if the mothers yellow clay that i have is hard enough. I do not in any way want to mar the paint.
Regardless i just purchased some Menz Power Finish so when i get a nice yet cloudy day it will be polished but only if i can get those paint spots off.... unless its the polish that helps take them off??
