I recently just opened up my business and got my license now I want to know how to correctly write a receipt before I receive payment. I want to be 100% legit

No receipts here ever,only dealer work.Common sense to write a receipt name type of car and services.If paid by check or cash write method of payment and paid.you will find customers not asking for one.Dealers will or any corporate services.

You would be surprised not all of them are like that.some understand the benefits some don't.They will keep you busy especially in the northeast.
