Hi Guys,

I am placing my mobile detailing trailer up for sale (by the way, I know it is against AG's policy to sell items on this forum...I'm just asking for advice. I will answer to all PM's regarding the sale of the trailer, but I won't post anything on the thread that may violate this policy).

Have those who have sold their trailers in the past found it more profitable to sell their trailer and equipment all together? Or, is it more profitable to piece everything out?

I've got about 5 weeks to make up my mind, but I'm not sure what approach to take. I have a really nice little set-up, but the items on the trailer could easily sell on their own, too.

Thanks, everybody, for your opinions!

Just curious, are you upgrading, or getting a van or something?

First I hope all is well! But for selling as a package separately is the way to go $$ more than as a package usually but research what your equipment is being sold for in your area. Also online get a idea of shipping charges, packaging ect if you choose that route? Good luck

Anybody else have any suggestions for me? Please?

Thanks to those who have answered.

This may not be the best time of the year to be selling detailing equiptment unless you can find someone locally. Are you getting out of the business?

definitely part it out, you get more for parting anything out, for example I parted out my old mustang -> because of this I got several thousand more for the mustang and for the parts, so it was a win win, I also part out my detailing products if I would rather just try something new lol

so unless you find a great buyer, 99% you'll recoup much more parting it out
