I hate UPS!!!

My order was suppose to be here yesterday but it did not show up! So I check the UPS site and it said that my order was damaged in transit. But what was funny it was already on the truck and out for delivery. So something must of happened on the truck. But no worries Dwayne has got me all taken care of and I will have my new order by this Friday. Thanks Dwayne :cheers:

Same thing happened to me last year. I usually have to wait two or three days for my orders to get up to Michigan. The order was out for delivery, never showed up, website said it was damaged in transit. I chatted with Meghan and she sent a new order out that same day! Another plus for AG!!!!
 
We usually have no problem with UPS but the last two months made up for it with two damaged shipments.

UPS usually does good. But when they do bad, they tend to lose packages for me.
 
Unfortunately it is going to happen from time to time... but a call to us will get you back on track.
 
I love the calls from UPS, at my job, after it's damaged. They will call up saying our shipment was damaged because we didn't pack it right. Then the box shows up from them, and it looks like it fell off the roof of the Sears Tower. You just look at it like, "ya this is our fault, idiots!" They always cover it, but you still need to fight with them every time.
 
I once sent a friend of mine some detailing supplies and same thing it was damaged and returned to me. They said that I did not pack the liquids correctly, well I looked at it and saw 2 holes like a rod went right though it and told the person that delivered it, yeah I guess i didn't pack that rod that correctly from one of your companies truck that went through this box did I. After many calls and arguing they finally paid for the damaged products.
 
I try and find places that have FedEx Home Delivery, its about the same as UPS ground for price and a little faster, in my un-scientific tests.
 
We use FedEx home delivery and UPS and even US Mail, so if you prefer one over the other just let us know when you place your order.
 
I have always had good luck with UPS. They always drop off my packages at the same time, within a 60 minute window at least. FedEx seems to come at a different time every order I make. Nice to know when I have packages that need to be signed for so I don't have to miss a whole day of work.

Unfortunately that is the one complaint we get with Fedex is that they deliver at strange times in the day, had a guy get a delivery one time right as he was going to bed!
