I tested the waxes I had on hand......

I just received a small pot of banana armour and decided to test the 3 waxes I have on hand in a side by side experiment. View attachment 30991 I taped off in 3rd-ish areas. First photo is just washed with no wax applied. 2nd photo is the waxes applied View attachment 30992 left to right is banana armour/meguiars gold class paste/meguiars deep crystal liquid wax. Top squares are single layer and the bottom squares received a 2nd layer of wax. Final photo is the results and honestly I can't tell the difference between the 3 panels, if anything the dodo juice seems less waxy looking but just a little View attachment 30993 regardless the door looks great and there is a very nice reflection on a overcast day about 45 mins before dark. Anyone else do anything similar?

I'm of the opinion that as far as waxes go, any quality wax will look as good as the next. There are other considerations like ease of use, buffing off, drying time, smell, longevity, etc., but in terms of pure looks, 95% of it is in the paint prep, not the lsp.

Far as that goes:
I've never done any side-by-side comparisons with any LSPs...or do I ever plan to do so in the future.

Also:

I personally don't see their purpose.

Semingly, and according to your below observations, I'm not too far off in my above assessment.

I think on certain colors you CAN tell a difference of different LSP's.
