i think i got shorted?! FLEX VIP HELP

I bought the flex vip a few weeks ago and didnt have a chance to check it out until today.... i did not get the extra pads i thought were supposed to be with it.... am i correct that i was supposed to get "bonus pads"??
 
If you ordered the kit just call AG customer service on Monday morning. Meghan sometimes picks these requests up before then but I would think the call will be needed nonetheless.
 
Yeah just call up Meghan or Nick. They'll take care of you no problem.

I had the same thing happen to me with the flex vip. Give them a call on Monday with your acct number, order # and picker shipper# ready. Should straighten you right out and ship same day. IMO Autogeek is the best at customer service.

I thought the same thing! "Was it a dream? No way i got this good of a deal!!" Best purchase to date.
 
:iagree: I think this was one of the best deals I've gotten in a long time. My Flex package also shipped without the bonus pads but an email to customer service and a phone call made everything right.
 
Same thing with my order - no extra pads, but call to Nick and pads are on the way to my house. Thank You very much Nick. :dblthumb2:
 
Called today.... within 3mins my pads were on the way... thanks Penny
