I used opti-seal on my windows, how to remove?

I used opti-seal on my windows and its been going strong as hell for 8 months or so. Although I had to use my wipers a few times, where the wipers ' wipe ', I has degraded the opti. Its still working fine just not like the outerc windshield.

Is there a way to remove it without polishing it off? I want to re-apply it.

You can polish by hand if need be. However, the best way to start fresh would be to break out your buffer and machine polish the glass clean and re-apply the sealant.
