this might be a silly question. it might just need a paintjob of a completely different red lol. but my car reflects more than it glows! its annoying. i want glow. is there any wax or any polish or anything of the sort that could make the car glow more? this pic was taken from a car meet and i did the full detailing treatment the day before. so the finish is absolutely perfect right now... as you can see with the reflection.

haha why thank you. i had a black car prior to this red. but this red is reflecting like a black car would lol. i always thought of red to glow. ill see if i can find a good picture of a good red glow lol.

flat colors (black/red/yellow) are naturally reflective, and thus premium candidates for carnaubas like Souveran paste. Stay away from most sealants as they are typically more reflective. If you need to go the sealant route, try Wolfgang as warmer looking and glowing !!

yeah i think the next order is going to contain wolfgang in it. now i know my car is a honda and not a ferrari but take a look at this picture.

WolfGang warmer??? thats nice to know......:) I LIKE THAT.....

Oh...okay well you can't compare a Honda to a Ferrari buddy...the paint quality just isn't the same my friend...lol...but I know what you mean bout getting the glow. I've only used the Wolfgang sealant once and I prefer to use the XMT Glaze because in my opinion I get more of a wet look to the paint. Well that's just what I've noticed and I used the Glaze on a forest green color.

lol yeah i know. i wish i had a ferrari :(. but yeah i just google searched red car and that popped up and it showed the glow haha. if i typed in "honda red" lol i would probably end up seeing severely oxidized paint and swirls all over. but yeah i think im going to give those products a shot. or im just going to get a can of that ferrari paint and repaint my car haha i wish.

Souveran paste wax will bring you a long way towards that Ferrarri, guaranteed !!

that's also a different color of red too. Souveran Paste should do it!

Mine is black not red, but I just finished polishing up the front (back to the doors) on my car and put on the XMT glaze and a coat of Nattys Blue. It ended up raining right after I did it, and I really want to finish the car before I give my final judgement, but I think I'm really going to love the look.

I have XMT glaze topped with NB and it really gives a deeper look and not so much of a pop. I would give it a try. What do you have on your car in that picture? straight crisco?

Combination of ClearKote RMG, and Pinnacle Souveran will make it glow!

Based upon your advice which questions are true? So is that the Souveran paste wax without a sealant? Will even the Wolgang sealant take away from a wet look? If yes, than he would just have to keeping using the paste wax more often since there is nothing underneath the wax for more protection?
