we wouldn't have noticed this:

Long story, but this is how we got back one of our loaner cars at work. It has nearly $20k in damages and then he tried to play it off like it was fine. The interior is totally trashed and was smoked heavily in (more than cigarettes...), all 4 tires need to be replaced, all 4 wheels need to be refinished, the back bumper and most of the driver's side of the car needs body work, and a bunch of stuff underneath is bent or cracked causing some leaks. To top it off there is some sweet negative camber up front from blowing out the suspension and then they did their own bondo and paint job on the side.

People continue to amaze me.

How long did he have that loaner? That's a crap ton of damage.

That's nuts.

Off topic, but I read before you were at a BMW dealer. Is that Mt Laurel?

I'm in Collingswood...only reason I ask.

Sorry if I'm confusing you with someone else.

BMW dealer but not Mt. Laurel. I also work at Cherry Hill Audi which is very close to you.

Haha. Yeah, I drive past it every day. Sweet, I know who to bother when I mess up my car.

Just kidding.

The real question is will the new building ever be done?

Wow, insane!
Did you loan it the Bam Margera and friends?

WTH...y'all just eating all the repair costs or are you going after him?

We have his insurance, so I guess we can use it, but I have nothing to do with this kind of thing or how it gets taken care of.

Court time if they can prove the damages somehow.

We have everyone fill out a loaner agreement saying there is no damage before they take the car just like they do at Enterprise.

A little more than a week. We are thinking he jumped it over something.

Destroyed and "repaired" in a week? Obviously not everything was repaired, but still must have happened early on in their possession. Did you get to meet this character? I can only assume he/she leads a far more interesting life than most. Perhaps they could pay it off with a reality TV show.

I'm curious what shop would even do the repair on a loaner, that alone is pretty shady, but looks like they do top quality work, lol.

how does one person do all that to a loaner car???
I don't know but it was probably a pretty fun night.

The only attempted "repair" was the one section I showed. I'm guessing he did it himself, but I will say the color match is spot on.

The car has obviously be taken out of loaner service (was supposed to be anyway) and will eventually be wholesaled. As for the whole money side of this, I have no idea.

Too bad you guys can't do this to his car.

People never cease to amaze me :(
