Impressive Customer Service!

It was nice talking to you guys about my concerns. At least I feel relieved I'm not passing for this alone, and your great experiences makes me confident things will be solved the best manner, and hopefully, fast.

I actually enjoyed hearing your concerns, it is always good to hear the good and bad. It does help to vent a little so it doesn't build up to much. Like updated in my 'concerning thread':

EPIC customer service, as expected, and like related and well known by everyone. Impressive. My issues were ALL solved some hours ago, meaning all this took less than 24 hours.

Thanks to everyone who helped me dealing with my concerns, and thanks to AG staff for being so competent in understanding customers, and solving our problems that well.

This explains why I keep coming back. See you soon.
