insta finish vs CG

hey guys,
I was just browsing the insta finish website, and was wondering if anyone knows a bit about these products.
when I was watching some of there products, I came across some products that not only looked the same as CG, but had the sam description and even the same name,only lower price
being:
butter wet wax
cherry wet wax
banana carnauba wax
maxi suds
and almost ALL the sprayable scents...
so are CG just rebranding this, or are both companies connected?

if you go the the CG's site and look towards the bottom of the page there is a ' products ' and ' private labeling ' tags, click on them...

also... if you go to warnerchemical.com - you'll see some some similiar looking products as well...

Yeadh, but insta finish also has the private labelling. The point is that they are cheaper then CG... so I'm thinking CG could be relabelling them
