Well, I finally ordered some APC+, Folex & some PB Natural look dressing and I'm ready to tackle the interior detailing on my wife's SUV...Man I do not know where to start...kind of scary actually :D

Can you help me with some pointers? What's the best process or the order of things to detail interiors?

Thanks!!

i start with a thorough vaccuum, then clean all the interior surfaces, door jambs, cracks and crevices, vents, then tackle the leather and upholstery, then i go back and dress all the interior surfaces. by going over something twice it ensures you dont miss anything. after the vacuum, i clean the drivers side door panel, then the drivers side door jamb, then the pedals...etc. dont pick random spots here and there to clean, go over the entire vehicle systematically.

PS: save the folex for a really bad stain, APC+ at 10:1 works great on upholstery and is a lot cheaper than folex. id use folex if i was cleaning a bright colored seat, like a red or blue fabric, i thinks its gentler than APC+ and wont pull color as easily.

That is exactly what I want to learn, a system.

Thank you for the tips! I appreciate it very much
