I have and have been using GTechnic interior clean (Tri-clean, Matte Dash, Leather). For the new Bronco, I’ve been eyeing DIY interior ceramic. Part of me says use up what I have. Part of me says use the GTechnic on my wife’s car and order the new stuff for my Bronco.

Thoughts?

Don't ask me, I buy too much stuff.

So you know what my answer is.

Use up what you have...or...maybe....buy new stuff! You can see my problem.

I liked DIY Interior Ceramic the first time I used it. That was on a BMW interior/leather. It then sat for a year or so and I used it again on a brand new Honda this past December. It was very tough to use for some reason. It was almost like it wanted to just sit on the surface and then was a pain to wipe off. I did the third row seats only and carpets. On the rest of the leather I used another interior ceramic detailer.

I can't say for sure if it was the age of the DIY Ceramic or the brand new Honda leather/ material itself. So I've had a 50/50 experience with it.

Not sure if that helps at all but thought I'd offer my experience. I also have a bottle of DIY Clean & Protect but still unused. I'm hoping it will be a good interior detailer of sorts.

I’ve been pretty happy with the GTechnic. Like the idea of the coating but my cars look pretty good with a decade of OPT and then what I have now.

Any further thoughts or suggestions?

Kept telling myself I didn’t need to spend the money so…
Just ordered it, the APP polish and a Legacy sponge

If youre happy with the Gtechnic then just continue using it. By the time you have used it up there may be something new that youll want. If youre happy with it why move on?

figured if it’s supposed to be an 8 year, I’d give it the best chance last as long as possible.
Hate to break it to you but there’s no scenario in which that coating, or any other is going to last 8 years.

Didn’t figure it would but might as well give it it’s best shot.
