Interior plastic trim

So I was trying to lessen a scratch on my interior trim and removed some Black slightly it seems not much but enough that I notice. I tried putting some different interior coatings on and stuff and nothing seemed to help. Any ideas???
 
How did you cause that? Magic Eraser? Or some kind of strong degreaser?
 
And what exact products and "coatings" have you tried fixing it with so far?
