Will Black Wow work on interior trim as well as exterior? I have a 99 Jeep wrangler. The vinyl on the inside is very dull.

most likely you can use it for your interior trim just be sure to clean the trim where you want apply black wow with apc you may have to.apply muiltiple layers till happy with results

Well, if it's a '99, it may just need a good cleaning. I personally wouldn't use Black Wow on the interior (not sure I would recommend it on the exterior, either). Usually you can bring some shine back with simple PDMS dressings like 303 or Armor All, or if you want to go a little fancier, Optimum Leather Protectant. If you want to spend a little more, you can go for Ultima Interior Guard Plus, or Wolfgang Cockpit Trim Detailer. I haven't played with those last two enough to tell you what kind of "restoring" they will do.
