Over the years my go to sealants have been from Meguiar's. Most recently, M27 Pro Hybrid Ceramic Sealant. Now with that product hitting the chopping block, I'm searching the internet for a replacement. But before you recommend one of the thousands of ceramic sealants out there, take note of my requirements. I want something that can be applied with a foam pad on an orbital buffer, because many of the cars we do at the shop need that extra bit of polishing that a buffer provides. I have several spray-on products that serve me well when the paint is in great shape and a light wipe with the microfiber is all that's needed. I use the buffer on the MANY daily driven vehicles that need the contact cleaning from a pad and product. M27 had an extra bonus in that it could be applied over all exterior panels and plastics, providing a slight protection to the faded black plastic bumpers and wheel arches. No taping needed! Alas, my dilemma. Do you know of a liquid/cream sealant that can be applied with a buffer and can also be applied over most plastics?
