Is there an Affordable Ozone machine

I have seen some on amazon for $100 with good reviews but all of the videos I've seen on youtube state the machine should stay outside of the car. The smaller affordable ozone machines look like a small spacer heater that you put in the front seat of a car.

What Ozone machine do you use?
 
I got mine from Amazon $79 and has served me well, strong little machine

Is yours one of those small box ones that looks like a space heater? How long do you run it for in the car and where do you put it?
 
Yeah that's the one, I had a really bad Tahoe recently, after steaming everything I did two 45 minute treatments, let air out and circulate in between and came out awesome
