If anyone is interested, we are having the first ever Concorso Atlantico. The Concorso Atlantico will be celebrating the exotic vehicles of Italy Saturday, March 10th, 2012, from 10am to 4pm, at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort located at 6800 First Coast Highway on Amelia Island, Florida. Owners of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and other vehicles of Italian heritage are invited to display their vehicles on one of the Omni’s world class golf courses bordering the Atlantic Ocean.

Amelia Island is located north of Jacksonville, Fl and is home to the world renowned Amelia Island Concours. It is a gorgeous little island. This should be a great time to see some vintage and priceless Italian iron. For more info: http://www.concorsoatlantico.org/index.php.

A lot of panning has gone into this event and I am thrilled that it's almost here. All proceeds benefit charity!

When I saw the title, I was expecting a car show IN Italy, with Italian models posing alongside fine Italian automobiles...

I believe some of our favorite Hooters waitresses will be there. Some of them may be of Italian heritage.

OMG I would love to be there! That is the weekend following my birthday, would be a perfect present to myself! Alas, someone at work is getting married that weekend so I will have to work to cover all the missing people... such is life!

Could give to craps about girls when cars like that are around! Girls are everywhere and the ones I have met in life thus far do not deserve the excitement and appreciation I would have for these cars... millions of dollars of cars in one spot, little different.
