I will be working on a 2012 or 2011 jeep wrangler,I wanted to know if it is hard or soft. I was thinking it would be medium (not judging a book by its cover) due to the fact that they are used to off road. Help would be appreciated

I don't know about the hardness, but they almost always have orange peel.

Are these the same jeeps you were gonna detail 2 months ago?

Lol I feel like I've seen this thread a million times. I think the new wranglers are on the harder side but are hard to finish down nicely so they are a pita to correct. Hard to remove swirls but then they are tough to finish out like soft paint.

We'll see if this one goes anywhere. Unlike his other threads

According to the spreadsheet, someone has posted that it is indeed medium. So, when doing the job make note of what worked best and then write in your comments for future viewers.

Here's the link to the spreadsheet: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-charts-graphs/65039-paint-hardness-spreadsheet.html
