Ultima Tire and Trim Guard. They are more permanent products.

if it is on your Jeep's fender flares be real careful cause they are coated with a textured finish from the factory. APC and a very soft brush should clean them up pretty well and finish off with UTTG or 303 Protectant and buff off excess with a microfiber towel. If you tape flares when polishing make sure you use a good painters tape so you don't pull off the coating from the flare. The gas cap surround and license plate bracket are removable and it makes polishing that corner a lot easier.

Any OTC APC suggestions? I don't have any APC from AGO...

If it's not painted, just black plastic, use a heat gun. Let the gun heat the surface until it begins to look wet. It actually brings the pigment back to the surface. Make sure you don't leave it in one area too long as it will deform (melt) the texture. I did it to the grill on my daughter's Honda. Looks new and stays black. The treatments will simply wash off in time.

I've used a couple of CG products now available at AG. Both the silk shine and extreme shine (I think they both have some longer, fancier name) worked well for me. Depends on how shiny you want the top to look.

Anyone for Forever Black ? Stuff just made my Chevy bumpers look better than new
