Jeweling by hand?

In those small places where you can't get the machine into, can jeweling be done by hand? Will you obtain the same result and would it take forever?

Any Suggestions? I have only seen videos demonstrating using a machine on a large flat surface, no one getting into the smaller areas.

Hmmm, I think the term "jeweling" was coined referring to the use of a rotary with a finishing pad and finishing polish. Term definitions aside, sure you can finish out the small areas by hand, and yes, I bet it would take for ever to get similar results.
