Jeweling ?

I just leased a 2010 Lexus IS 350 in Matador Red Mica,
I am in the process of detailing it up. So far I am going over the car with my pc7224xp with a 5.5 white flat pad using Megs 205 an dswitching to an orange pad if I come a cross any bad scathes. I want to jewel the paint using Menzera PO 85rd and a grey finishing pad. My question is at what speed do I set my pc on and how long do I work the 85 rd in ? I assume that the clear on the Lexus is soft correct ?

I never used Megs 205 but from what I know 205 is a finishing polish it doesn't have a lot of cutting power.

PO85rd can be used with a gray pad using speed 4-5. For the time, you need to work the product until its "brake".

I found 85RD needs pressure / speed(5 to 6) to break down properly with my DA.

Set your pc to full throttle and work the polish till it's broken down (goes clear)...
