I received a lot of valuable information regarding ridding my Black Beauty of obvious and obnoxious swirls that were driving me nuts. I have two obsessions in life - my husband and my car, and in that order. For my birthday my husband bought me the tools recommended on this site to combat my dilemma and make me proud. He purchased the following:

Porter Cable 7424 & Pad Kit
Menzerna Super Intensive Polish;
Menzerna Nano Polish
Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0

I wash my beauty with 1Z Einszett Perls Shampoo Premium Car Wash
and between wax treatments I use Wolfgang Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant. I'm really happy and extremely proud.

Thank you. Yep, it repels dirt and rain and all the elements. That's just the effect I was trying to achieve, in addition to eliminating the swirls. Now, I only have a couple of water spots left to get rid of - compliments of the Dealership's courtesy detail.

The Perls Shampoo was very low sud factor and so-so lubricant as compared to my recent first purchase of Meguires Gold Shampoo and Conditioner. It is also much more expensive.
I also failed to give kudos to Einszett Detail-Spray Lackfinish.
Although I also use Wolfgang Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant between waxes I like effects of Lackfinish much more.
