I have owned and managed numerous business's in my life and I've never experienced customer service like Autogeek gives. :applause:

Max has trained his employees well, from CSR's to warehouse workers, from management to the guy who mops the floors. I've been to AG quite a few times in the year and a half that I've done business with them and I have never had a problem. Other companies could learn alot from AG.

The few times I had small problems with items purchased at AG they were right there to correct them:dblthumb2:

Kudos to Bob (aka Max), Dwayne, Megan, Mike and all the staff including the guy who mops the floor. Everyone there goes above and beyond being nice, they make you feel like family.

I would just like to say THANK YOU to the entire staff of Autogeek:goodjob2:

I could not agree anymore...I had a leaking Opti-seal container when it arrived in an order I had placed, and it was promptly replaced. I was missing backing plate and it was quickly sent in the mail. I only wish others could follow suite and treat all their customers like AG does. I never think twice about purchasing from them.
 
Dido for AG, and D-WAYNE! Hope you got my PM Dwayne. Thanks for making my birthday order such a great deal, and replacing my Kompressor pad without a hassle (of course). I am actually afraid to shop anywhere else because I fear that karma would bit me in the butt for betraying AG. Proof that AG can't be beat without even trying: I came a across Menzerna on sale on a competitor's site after I already bought mine from AG, and thought I wish I could have found that before to have them price match, but when I did the math on the discount AG gave me for my birthday and free shipping, AG came in over a dollar cheaper than "the other guy's" sale price. And those other guys didn't care that it was my birthday :(. But, Dwayne did!:) Thanks everyone @ AG/AGO! And I got snow on my birthday; hadn't had that in over 25 years that I can remember.:dblthumb2:
