Just a "Thank You" to the great team at PBMG

Like many of you, I found my way to AG when googling something about car care at some point in time. Compared to most of you, I'm as rookie as rookie gets, but with the help of a good community brought together in a singular location, hosted by a tremendous staff, I will continue to improve upon my skill. I've made a number of orders through AG, and now the sister site, that were filled and delivered without flaw. More importantly, when I've sought communication on these orders or questions pertaining to my products, I've been answered not just quickly, but politely and thoroughly. (which you know is a lost trait in customer service anymore) To the staff at PBMG and your host sites, I say "Thank You" for what you provide to the automotive community and especially to the service you provide your customers! Nice to hear about the good for a change. Pbmg has always taken care of any mistakes quickly if I call. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you treat them that makes the difference
