If I finished WG Uber coating about an hour ago, and morning dew will be coming, is there a problem? Should I cover the car with plastic tonight or something? Or would that be bad?

Thanks!

You're screwed! Lol. Just kidding:) But nah don't even think about putting plastic over your your car. That could only wind up 1 way, bad.

Thanks. Should I wipe it off in the AM with a waffle weave? Or just drive to work?

Just leave it.During the day it will cure if the weather is good.

Just drive to work. Those tedious little wipedowns usually wind up going south in the strangest ways [I'm sure you guys know what I mean] You should be totally fine.

Per #6...in the Application Guide:
"Do not expose vehicle to water for 12 hours;
do not wash vehicle for one week".

•IMO:
-Dew is a form of water.
-It's best to not cover
the vehicle with plastic.

Wait one hour. After coating. Apply Opti-Seal if you have it. You'll be fine.

No moisture on coatings for 12 hours is pretty much the norm. If you have enough, put some waffle weave towels on it.

Your neighbors may think your nuts, but do it anyway if it gives you peace of mind.

They've already seen me spend like 18 hours rubbing on my brand new car. So I'm sure we're past crazy.

If you really want to blow their mind, stand outside with a hairdryer lol.

The ~dew~ factor though when I've left the car outside the garage, it's just the same on the hood as it is on hood or side panels though ?

Time to get the sewing machine out

Hah! I didn't do the hood or fenders yet because they have fresh paint. Good ole Japanese quality control.

You might be right Bob. But just looking at the forecasts, we are only going to hit dew point for an hour or so. We'll see.
