I got Meguiers new MF system, and can't wait to use it. Picked up Black Fire Wet Diamond sealer, can't wait to see how this compares to DP Poli-coat sealer. AG is crack and I can't stay away. At this rate I will never get my car shipped to Arizona. LOL

Oh man you're in for a treat. The MF system is AMAZING and that goes for BFWD as well! If you're going to use BFWD after the MF system I would recommend not using the D301 finishing wax then because it won't allow the BFWD to bond correctly since D301 does contain wax.

I've heard of a lot of people having success with using M205 as the finishing polish with the microfiber finishing discs that come with the MF system. This would allow the BFWD to bond correctly afterward as well.

Here's the killer combo...After D301 hit it with CG EZ Creme cleaner glaze, then top with Blackfire WD. You won't believe the results you will get. The EZ Creme is the perfect step before BFWD. It can be applied by hand and wiped off immediately. It prepares a perfect bond environment for the sealant and amps up the gloss. Lots of detailers use this combo because it works with phenomenal results.

EZ Creme Glaze is just a filler. It does not contain any cleaning properties. Also, if you're just polished your paint there's no reason to apply glaze since there's no scratches to fill in. This would probably cause the BFWD to have even less ability to bond as well.

I think acrylic Glazes usually help sealant bond better. I may be wrong though. :dblthumb2:

and i thought d301 has some abrasives in it, so why would you stop at the one step, just do the normal thing after you polish and do a ipa/mineral spirits/carpro eraser or whatever wipedown before you apply the sealant? maybe im wrong about the d301 as i dont own the system.

Yes it does have abrasives in it.

It does have abrasives but it also contains carnauba wax which from what I understand should never go underneath a sealant, only on top. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I have used D301 underneath Menz Powerlock with great results.

Hmmm.. My shipment never arrives on a Saturday. It already arrived in the local hub last night but won't be delivered til Monday.

My 2nd/3rd syringe will be arriving on Monday. I can't wait.

Well I got a 4Runner to test this on next weekend. Can't wait, i'm hoping better results then a foam pad correction, on my PC...
