Gentlemen:
A few weeks ago I clayed, removed swirls, polished, sealed and topped my black daily driver with Collinite.
After washing and drying her today in the direct sunlight, I noticed very small pin head sized water marks etched in the paint, (mostly hood, roof and trunk)? While wet she is covered in very tiny beads of water.
I do my best to dry her as fast as possible with nice quality blue waffle micro fiber towels. I guess I am just too slow.
Anyway, what is the best way to remove these fresh marks? And will I have to repeat the entire process after they are gone?
Can I just hit the roof, hood and trunk with a cleaner wax? Will it strip away /destroy what I just did? I was hoping to stop at an auto parts store on my way back from work.
Can I use Meguiars or Zymol cleaner Was? Recommendations?
I still have plenty of the Wolfgang trio, should I just use the polish again?
I just want to apply something by hand that will not mess up all my hard work.
Thanks! CM
