My power washer stopped working, there was water coming from the bottom of the machine. So I called Karcher on 2/10 and was told to bring it their to local repair center. It was about an hour drive and when I got there, the guy seemed very unprofessional. I knew from the start this wasn't going end good. When I got there he didn't want to do the repairs, I had to give Kracher another call when I was there. They told me he should find the problem, either fix it under warranty or rapid exchange if not repairable. He took the unit and said will give me a call a week later.
So I called him today, since he told me he was going give me a call on Saturday. He told me pump is broken and that he doesn't want to deal with this $#%#. I told him that the service repair center should have filed for rapid exchange program. He told me to call Karcher and to have them give him a call.
I just got off the phone with Karcher and told them about my problem. They want me to pick up the machine so they can do a rapid exchange. I don't want to drive another hour to get there, because the repair center should be able to do this for me. The owner of the repair center was very unprofessional and lazy.
If you ever need repair work on your Kracher don't waste your time with the one in NJ.
