Who else has made or almost made this sort of mistake? I was working on a car and I was pretty tired. I needed to finish a bottle of water so I walked up to the table and grabbed the bottle, untwisted the cap and then at the last second I realized it was M205. Whew! From now on I'm keeping my water on a shelf somewhere across the room. 
The bottle of M205 doesn't even look or feel like the bottle of water, but sometimes it's easy to make mistakes when you're tired.
