I was watching a video on YouTube /Drive, the "Inside Koenigsegg" series. In the part about paint, they talk about how they go above and beyond what other manufacturers do, including spraying a lot of clear coat to allow a lifetime of polishing and buffing. They also hand sand and polish in the factory to make sure that all cars going out are free of orange peel. To me, it was refreshing to see a manufacturer of high-peformance supercars understand the importance of paint, both to the overall appearance of the car and to the satisfaction of their target customers. Anyways, I found this interesting, and I hope you do too!
