Hey Guys, this is a Kona Blue mustang that was a swirled up mess. After doing a test spot on the paint, I realized that I had to get a lot more aggressive than I expected. The swirls and scratches were pretty deep.
The paint on this mustang was hard as a rock. After trying several combinations of compounds and pads, I ended up using the new Wolfgang Uber Compound. For some panels I used the orange LC CCS pads and for some I had to step up to an Optimum Microfiber Cutting pad. I wasn’t excited to have to use such an aggressive compound but I was very shocked with the end result. It was very easy to use and it finished like a polish.
Since the car had a few really deep scratches left over in some spots, I decided to use the Chemical Guys Glossworkz Glaze to fill them in. This worked great and even brought out more of a smooth and glossy finish. Since I wanted great protection and a deep look, I decided to go with the Wolfgang Fuzion Wax. The paint has lots of flakes in it and this wax made them really pop. I highly recommend using Fuzion if your paint has flakes in it.

Overall I was very impressed with Wolfgang Uber Compound. It finished LSP ready but just to add more depth and gloss I used the Glossworkz Glaze which proved to be worth the additional step. Wolfgang Fuzion was the icing on the cake and made my kona blue mustang appear wet.
