Krud Kutter

As I was doing some cleaning of my grill today with Krud Kutter. I read the back label and under dilution for 1.5oz per gallon it says car wash...Now to me that doesn't sound like a good idea. Maybe as a pre wash use. Has anyone used this or tried it? Or have any other thoughts?

I'm funny about chemicals. The only chemicals I have are APC, mostly for my foam pads and applicators to keep them clean and for tires, and Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner, for whenever I may need it. If I want to strip wax off my paint, I use Dawn or Palmolive in place of my regular car soap (CG Maxi Suds II). As for bugs, using a good paint sealant like Menzerna Power Lock is key to keeping bugs from sticking, therefore I never need chemicals to remove stubborn bugs. Whenever I foam the paint before I wash, the lubricity of the foam usually helps loosen bugs and other nastiness and they practically rinse off with water alone.
