Why do you say it's clogged?

I have two Kwazar bottles purchased about a year ago, one holding McKees 37 APC+ and one with Meguiars Super Degreaser.

The sprayers in both have failed.

I bought these because they were "chemical resistant." My sprayer's are now in the trash and I am very disappointed.

Have you guys taken the tube out and unscrewed the spray tip and rinsed/soaked them in hot water to see if this helps

Also that little filter at the end of the tube

Similar experience. My Kwazars with IPA and Uber rinseless are going strong after a year, but my Kwazar with M-37 APC failed after 2 months. Took it apart, cleaned it and still no joy. I now use cheap dollar store sprayers for APC and throw them away when they fail.

I bought 3 Kwazars about a year ago from AG. 2 are still going strong but one died and I've done everything I can to troubleshoot the problem! I'm not really sure why I haven't trashed it yet...probably because it was an expensive spray bottle.

I have one that has optimum power clean in it only in a has been there for quite a while with no problem, I'm 1 of the lucky ones

I buy sprayers in bulk from Ali Express, including acid resistant ones. They're so cheap, if they last anywhere as long as a normal one does, I'm ahead.

I agree, I bought two 3 months ago...both have stopped working. The trigger froze up on both....total garbage!

If you are going to use high alkaline products like apc+ you will have to have epdm seals and kwazar has those kind of bottles but not sold on ag and the sprayer is dark blue on them. When useing solvent based like engine degreaser and naptha based products you will have to use viton seals as in the black pressure bottle they sell. And when useing acid products you are useing the red pressure bottle sold on ag. The double sprayer sold here is the standard spray head with different colors only. Kwazar have a big line of different spray and pressure bottles that fits your need. But it's important to get the right one for the chemical you are going to use in it. They even have loose parts to the nozzle so you can repair them if you use something that destroy the seals or it wears out. The standard spray nozzle can only handle products in a certain ph range and some chemicals needs special seals to hold up.
Hope it helps some with this information.

Great post right there
