I got to try these new pads today on the beater at home. First off is the White Kompressor pad the I use SIP and 106FA. It work like a charm and there was no hopping at all. From there I use the Red and Black Pad with 85RD and it works awesome, must be those little blades in the pads. Cleaning them was so easy, and no one shouldn't have a problem doing that. I give it a must buy on these pads, their are going to be my go to ones from now on. I didn't use the purple pad because I need a surface that was wet sanded with at least 1000- 1500 grit to try out. Thank you Meghan for letting me try these new Lake Country Kompressor Pads!........

Thanks for the review, im glad to hear theyre easy to clean. Cant wait to try them! I love reflections off white cars, looks great!

When working with a white pad, were you able to do the whole car at once with just one pad? Or did you have to clean and then re-use?

I did a panel only, one can't or shouldn't try to do a whole car on one pad, One need's 3-6 pads per car.
Thanks for the review Angelo.
Thank you ASPHALT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got a set of these and can't wait to try them. I might try the purple with 105 on my neighbors black suburban. It's got hella-swirls...LOL

HMMM HMM now this looks like a TAX REBATE spending spree right there. I think this should be a VIP special on Presidents Day. right when i think the CCS pads couldnt get any better, the kompressors come along haha

I feel your pain brother !! But you know we gotta have them........ha ! It never ends.....:whs:

Can you comment on the durability of the pads? My concern is that they look like the would start shredding after a car or two. How deep are the slits?

Thanks,
Rasky

The durability of these pads, I can't say yet because I only had them for about 5 days now and after using them on the beater they still look new to me. About 1/2 in deep...............

i'm totally going to grab some of these. deff try them out.
Get the white one, so you can make up you mind if you want them........
Yeah, I'm going to have to try these.
Great pads in my book..............

in general, how would you know when you need to swap your pad for a clean one?

how would you notice caking up, is it just like crusty polish on the pad?

After cleaning the pad about 3-5 times is when you will notice it's not working the way it should and caking up too thick. Went this happens you can put back those scratches / Swirls you just took off. It get's very crusty indeed.
