LC backing plate with Meguiars disc

Does anyone use a LC backing plate with Meguiars foam discs? Have you had any issues? How is the hook and loop holding up?

I am debating on either the Meguiars discs (yellow) or LC flat pads (green) for my next pad purchase. Since I only have a LC baking plate if there are any issue with it, it would make my decision for me.

LC backing plate is first class. I have both LC & Megs BP's

Both perform flawlessly.

You'll be fine. :)
 
Both Meguiar's and Lake Country feature micro hooks on their plates.

Meguiar's release easier, but the LC plates are fine.

The foam composition of the yellow Meguiar's pad, and the green LC are very similar. I would say that the yellow are "stronger" both in durability, and polishing ability.

I believe that at this time, only the green foam is only available in the CCS and Kompressor lines.
 
I have and they both work just fine together. Enjoy.
