Leaf blower for drying (minimum specs?)

Are there any minimum specs that people recommend for using a leaf blower to dry a car? I've seen some nice ones in the hundreds of dollars, but just came across some on Amazon and Home Depot for $30 or $35.

They both claim to generate wind over 150MPH, and the HD one mentions 120 CFM.

Do you think these would be good to use to dry an entire car?

the toro one I use goes up to 230mph but I rarely use it at that speed.

honestly, as long as you sheet water off the car, you only need a basic dedicated (not used to mulch) blower to get water out of the mirrors, gas cap area, and between panels. I actually leave a little water behind then go over the car with a spraywax/sealant as my drying aid.

I think the weight is more important. Some ppl would also consider it being cordless to be important.
 
I have the $35 150mph one from Home Depot and it works just fine. The minimum that you have to do for this method of drying to work is have a good coat of wax/sealant. If your car is not waxed and not beading then you won't completely dry your car no matter how strong your leaf blower is.
 
Agreed. I have a $30 electric blower from Menards. It has two speeds and goes up to I believe 180mph. If you don't have a good coat of wax or sealant on the car, you'll just be moving the water around with a blower. It'll fly off pretty good once the paint is protected.
