Leather Care, Can this be fixed?

In the picture I am pointing out the minor wear marks in my car. Is there something that I can do to prevent it from spreading?

Are there kits available to repair this as well?

I do a lot of corvettes and there notorious for that.The owner says he uses shoe polish,I never tried that but only black colored seats may work.I can't see how it would I think you will be wearing it on your shirt.
