Leather cleaner for "cream". color leather ???

It's been a long time from raw jean days........in the past, I have skipped a strong leather cleaner and went with something one probably should not use....1Z Plastic Cleaner. It's similar to like Terminator on tires. It just wipes right off with minimal agitation. I then follow up with water and conditioner......for me, on leather, I try not to brush:agitate it unless it requires it.
What type of leather is it. Is it dyed or color coated...
I don't recommend it unless one understand using a coating on dyed leather and how it must be mechanically removed....and also see how the coating looks on a test spot. Once it's on, it's on.........
I have done a coating on Ivory leather....full well knowing I should not be using on a coating on it, but I went from daily wipes and requirements of a stronger cleaner regimen to a much less aggressive cleaning regiment (aggressive, in the world of chem PH). It was a 3 year leaser and even after 34 months....all the seats got was either a water wipedown or a wipedown with interior detailer

Sold out everywhere.Thanks !!!Get yourself a bottle of ColourLock Strong Leather Cleaner and team with their specific brush, that should sort you out. I would then follow with ColourLock Leather Shield, which is a friction and dye blocker to prevent the issue going forward.

Yeah, ColourLock USA has been very poorly managed in recent years, which is a shame because the products are excellent.
In which case, you can swap the leather cleaner for Koch Chemie Pol Star, which I use diluted 1:5 or 1:6 for maximum cleaning ability. Pol Star is pH neutral, which means it's safe for use on leather. You would then follow with their new Leather Lock, or Leather Star (both work with automotive "leather").
Another option, look into NV Cleanse and Nourish. Both work similar to the ColourLock duo.
Or, as mentioned earlier, look into Geist, which was founded by an ex-ColourLock employee. They actually have a dedicated dye remover, otherwise the Rapid Leather Cleaner is what you want. Follow with the dye and friction blocker. Again, I would use their specific brush for maximum effect.

If it were me, I would get Koch Chemie Pol Star, then follow with the Geist Dye & Friction Blocker. The important thing here is to do this in two steps, not one of those useless combined leather cleaner/conditioner products, you want that pure cleaning ability without a conditioner clogging up the process.
Would be keen to hear how you get on.

At the moment, Koch Chemie and ColourLock are imported and distributed by two separate businesses in Australia, and both are well stocked. I don't know for sure, but it would appear KCx have rebranded a couple of ColourLock products, which opens up the brand to the KCx supplier network without having to take on ColourLock.
In terms of the US market, I really do not know what Koch Chemie USA are doing with ColourLock. Its actually quite disappointing how they have handled the brand since the KCx takeover. ColourLock had gained a following and were recognised as one of the best leather care systems on the market. A lot of that comes down to only making products for leather and textile care, in turn remaining focussed.
Then KCx purchased ColourLock, which for the US market, that included distribution as well. And yet, they completely ruined the supply chain. At first, it was blamed on the transition period for both brands, and from streamlining the supply chain and distribution channels. But that was something like 3-years ago! It's now at the point where certain retailers have had to walk away and find something different.
I'm not saying there aren't other worthy leather care products on the market. Geist, NV and Ledermax come to mind. But I just like the ColourLock system and the way it looks after treatment; no gloss, no slickness, no greasiness, just pure cleaning ability with a natural looking result. And it caters to a variety of leather and leather-like materials, from natural leather to P/U coated leather, artificial leather and vinyl, even suede and Alcantara.

So, Pol Star has lost its green labeling for a co-branding with ColourLock. Which begs the question, was ColourLock Mild Leather Cleaner always just Koch Chemie Pol Star?
Either way, this is a mistake. ColourLock had built up their brand to be a leather care specialist, a brand that had gained respect as a specialty offering. Basically, a focused, high end care system for leather and leather-like materials. Koch Chemie on the other hand supply chemicals to a variety of industries and areas of concern. While KCx products are generally very good, they are jack of all trades rather than that super focused offering from ColourLock. So, Koch Chemie are diluting the brand they paid money to have, which is a shame.
