Leather damage? How to fix?

This is a leather sofa at home. These "pores" only appeared at a particular seat of the sofa and it happens that my brother who sat on it several long hours every single day with his sweat. So i'm curious if this is caused by his months of sweat accumulated damage. I tried fixing it with cleaner and massage it with Meguiars Gold class but no improvement. How do you fix this?

Looks like the top coating is breaking down.
This can be caused by the build up of body oils (secreted in sweat) which gradually break down the surface.
Cleaners would only remove anything on the surface and not extract the grease which would need a specialist degreasing product to draw it out. The leather would then need refinishing.
Adding conditioners would only exacerbate the problem by adding more oils
