A tip for my fellow forum members. Do not let hand sanitizer drip on your leather seats. I had that exact situation and it was a problem. I scrubbed the area with Ultima Interior Shampoo and the spot became darker. The only fix was a leather dye. I purchased the dye from Leather World Technologies with the appropriate manufacturer’s code and it was a good match. I even repaired the wear on the edge of the seat. The dye was applied with a staining sponge and it spread the product evenly and nicely.
The whole thing was finished with Gyeon Leathershield.
