Very nice work, Claude! The shine and reflection looks great.

How do you like the Rupes?

How long did the whole process take you?

The Rupes was the BEST investment I made this year! So glad AG started carrying them. It litterally cut down my polishing by a minimum 30-40%, with better correction then any combinations of products and pads with my GG6. The noise level is awesome and the vibration is..... well, that picture you saw above, I was compounding with one hand and taking a picture with the other. Try that with a Flex :nomore:

Whole process from start to finish was 21 man hours, which accounts for inside and outside detailing.

Besides this reflection-picture<<<( :wow:)
of your Business Card
<<<(Very Nice, BTW!! :props: )

These are an excellent example of your detailing skills:

Even though your pictures, IMHO, "tell the tale":
You know how I enjoy the: story behind the "scenes"...
The more the script, the better it is for me.

Write On!!!

I've seen your work Bobby, it is with great humility that I receive your congratulatory accolades.

Wow very impressive work! I love a detailed range rover. Nice card as well! :props:

Absolutely stunning! Rupes keeps following me. Should I pull the trigger?!? I almost did last week but then I changed my mind.

Excellent work! I'm sure the owner was very pleased!

ps: I enjoy a good read as well.

Nice turnaround mate ! Keep it on .

Thanks

Wow very impressive work! I love a detailed range rover. Nice card as well! :props:

Thanks! I did create the logo and business card design from scratch using some photoshop skills I had put aside just for such occasion. Can you tell from the card which car is my top fav? A supercharged Range Rover is in the top 5 but not my favorite.:Picture:

Very impressive!! You do some great work.

Thanks Charley

Francisco, the only thing I can say is GO FOR IT!

Excellent work! I'm sure the owner was very pleased!

ps: I enjoy a good read as well.

Thanks! The owner was literally gawking over the Rover. She approached her as any other person would (with a smile on her face) then the smile became serious! She got within 2 feet of the side of the driver door and reached out, touched it and with a little shake in her voice said "I can't see anything! There's all gone!!".

Part of my marketing plan is full disclosure, firm quote, and absolute satisfaction guarantee. Since this is not my primary income, I can do that! In creating the game plan for this Range Rover it was decided that we would only go as far as a single step correction, for which I guarantee 30-70% reduction of scratches and swirls etc.., which in all honesty I should not do before I do a test spot. To be honest, customer seem to appreciate an upfront firm quote and straight forward game plan and some guarantees. Most often, I can achieve an easy 80% reduction in one pass (but I never guarantee that), and in this case it was closer to 90%. I did have to convince a couple of areas but it was well within what I consider a single pass. She had a couple of RIDS and couple of minor rock chips I could not address, but she was aware of those based on our first inspection.

The biggest compliment for me is when the customer does not want to leave. That evening I was in a rush to get on the road but she stayed and inspected the Rover, and talked with us for a good 40 minutes. I texted her the next day to get her "Ok" to put the pictures I had taken on my FB webpage (which I did get with many additional thanks). She did say that she didn't want to drive her Rover. It is now 3 days and the SUV is still in her garage :props:

Before leaving she asked if I would be willing to do her "maintenance washes". I guess I will get to drive this beauty at some point Im the MAN

FYI, my next "Show and Shine" may be the work I am doing on a brand new BMW M7.... yep you read that right! The car just came boat and has a hair over 1400 miles on it. Unlike the speculations and internet chatter, this one is a 740Li (not the speculated 760). The badging is very inconspicuous (reserved to the door sills and steering wheel) but the racing mods are definitely there (from the fender flares, to the lowered sport suspension, etc...). I drove it yesterday, and she is a beauty! I do have a date with her tonight (for stage two of the repair)! I may have a longer story on that one if I decide to do a "show and tell" :Picture:

Very nice work, How long did it take?

Thanks! I have about 21 man hours in the interior and exterior combined

Very nice job. That rover was swirl city.

It is funny to know that for the first year, she did all the maintenance and hand washing but the second year she became a little more lax and used those "scratch and swirl" car wash:nomore:

Great work!

Thanks!

Impressive. Good job.

I appreciate the compliment :xyxthumbs:
