I sat on there for over a hour yesturday. Around 2pm central. Then today from 10 am till 12pm with nobody answering. Whats the use to have it if nobody will answer it? I know what you guys are gonna say is call them. But right now im not able to call. I kinda wanted to do the live chat. Not really happy right now because you more then likely just lost a pretty big order.

Did I miss something? I don't quite get what you're trying to say? Is this an AutoGeek customer service thing? Phone company? Sorry if I missed who you re upset with.

I used the Live Help chat feature today and it didn't take but 1 minute for someone to respond.

If you'd explain why you are not able to call, perhaps someone could guide you to a resolution.

That is, of course...Unless your kinda wanting to do the live chat overwhelmingly overrides this suggestion.

:)

Its pretty personal and not relavant to the situation at all. But right now i dont have a phone. That a good enough reason for you?

Live Support is another way of contacting us, but if an operator is unavailable, it's because he or she is tending to the phones. I apologize for the inconvenience, but for future reference the best way to get in touch without calling is via email.

You can email [email protected] or you can email me directly, [email protected], if you have questions about a product or need help placing an order.

Random thought here. Does live chat require Java? Could it be you have an older version that isn't allowing a proper connection to AG, therefore not alerting a CSR that you are waiting?

I've seen lots of odd things happen because of incorrect Java versions

No...Not really...But I guess it will have to do.

I already figured you had "lost" your service...I didn't ask for anything of a personal nature.

I wasn't just proffering options, for your consideration, of how one may actually obtain usage of phone-services from different "phoning locales"...(If one should so desire to do so)...For my sake.

Anyway, it seems to me, now more than ever, your heart is/was set on 'Live Chatting'. No need for furtherance, or interference, on my part.

Good day.

Bob
