In our efforts to continue to better serve our customers we have added Live Support Online to our website. If you have any product questions you can visit our website and click on the Live Support located on the bottom left handside of each page. We have a tech that will be answering all of your questions that you may have. He is there to help you with product recommendations, technical help, and help you with problem solving tips you may need.
 
Wow, that's amazing! It will be interesting to see what questions you get. I bet Lauren is very excited about this new feature!

That is a good service. I have used it on other (non-detailing) websites before.
 
Very cool addition to the site. I'm sure it will be helpful. I saw that this morning and thought I had more catching up to do since getting back from vacation. Good to know it's just getting started. Thanks AG for always trying to improve things for us.
 
That is awsome, that will come in very handy... even though everyone on the AG forum is so helpful already. You all have made my transition into detailing very enjoyable thank you all!

Can i log on just to talk with him? I dont know if I hae nay questions but it just means someone else to tlak detailing with :D

Very kewl... Thats a really nice feature.

Did you guys ever think of coming up with an AG Chatroom?? With the amount of activity this forum sees I am sure that it would get put to good use.
 
Wow so now we have a live support for our OCD! Still waiting for my wish list!
 
What kinda live support is that, it made me leave a message ;):D , it's only 12:30 am:D.


ummmm....so which "tech" gets those messages? :p
