Long shipping

not AG fault. dont even need the supplies yet. still lots of snow and cold up in the north.

This is my third package from AG.
First 2 packages always arrived in 7 days. 5 business days+sat,sunday.

I just find it weird. the package didnt reach canada customs yet. been shipped out Feb 18 so it should have been here on tuesday 25 or 26.

did my package get lost in transit?
 
my orders usually take 2-3 days to ship, then about 7-8 days to arrive... give it a few more days!
 
My orders always ship within like 12 hours of the order, besides the weekend. Seems like it might be a UPS problem. Which wouldn't be the first time. :/
 
USP is not great but at least tell us whats going on with our packages at least but your package may be already in Canada just sitting there or it could have been rerouted due to the weather, and such this happen to me a few times before but I usually get my packages a few day's later though.

wasnt even complainning but i got a email from AG. Just shows they have good customers service!

International orders are typically delivered between 5-14 business days provided there are no delays in customs. Due to inclement weather it is possible the package may have been delayed in transit to the border or the package may have missed a scan once it arrived at the border.

I had them check it also seems like not to usually for this time of the year with the weather and all. Sorry for the delay but it is out of our hands once it leaves us. But I have international following it to make sure there are no further problems. Sorry for the issues.
