Is there anything on the market for interior protection that will last longer than 2-3 months? From what can get UIGP and Wolfgang cockpit sealant are the 2 best options. But there has to be something that will last 6+ months.....I hope.

Pinnacle Black label Leather & Vinyl protectant has lasted me longer than 3 months.

For upholstery, try 303 High Tech Fabric Guard. Make sure interior is well-ventilated and has time to dry/air out, because it is very very caustic smelling when first applied.

No leather in my interior. Just vinyl

Went ahead and ordered the Pinnacle Black Label Leather & Vinyl Protectant. Aparently 8oz goes a very long way....

Off the top of my head, I would say that Meguiars X-press Spray Wax (D156) will most likelly offer the highest level of protection on plastics Inside the car. It's designed to be used on pretty much anything hard (paint, glass, rubber, plastic) on the outside of the car... so imagine how durable it has to be compared to a dedicated interior product.

Interesting. Never would have thought to use it on the inside..... going to give that a shot on the wife's car...

While we're on the topic, how can you tell definitively that the product is still protecting the interior? Is it visual or feel? I applied a leather protectant to my wife's car and noticed some areas that we're drying out appeared to look rejuvenated. Hard to say how long it lasted without taking before pics.
